Thank you both so much for your hospitality, friendship and the fun we were able to have while talking wih you. Please congratulate your staff for the assistance they to gave us. We just loved the place, our cosy unit (No.4.) and the beautiful surrounds. We had a great rest, and we must say that those pancakes were sure "the best", but then you told us that didn't you. Keep up the good work and we will return very soon for another lovely stay, perhaps when the weather is a little warmer. Cheers, Marie and Ian Younger''

We recently had a delightful week at Kerami Gardens.
We would like to commend Ian, your resort manager, on a great job. We saw him working on the mini-golf course which was created in a previously unused area. In the same area he has created a 'bonfire' zone. On Thursday evening many of the guests joined in for a bonfire with marshmellows or whatever. A great time.
Ian gave a very informative presentation on HC Direct including information on the use of 'bonus' weeks. Time well spent.
Thank-you''

Ian & Traci were excellent hosts, most obliging and very friendly. I felt quite "at home" while on holiday and my unit was very well presented.
Thank you.

| Author : James Henshelwood ~ Date posted : 12 July 2006 | ''Timeshare outside Australia or New Zealand is an experience my wife and I have not participated in after being members for almost 10 years. With a bus tour of Europe planned for mid 2006 we decided to see what we could get in the UK, particularly in Scotland and Cornwall, before the European tour. Our daughter was able to join us for part of the holiday.
We contacted Holiday Concepts and they were able to arrange a week at the Duchally Country Estate near Glen Eagles just south of Perth in Scotland and a second week at Burn Park at Bude in Cornwall. This was arranged around 6 months before we departed - a little too tight, it really needs extra time to maximise availability of locations. Duchally Country Estate consisted of hotel accommodation (an older style but magnificent building) and various blocks of units scattered around close to the hotel/administrative centre. The Estate boasts an excellent Leisure Centre for those seeking fitness facilities. Ours was well equipped, two storied unit with two bedrooms upstairs much like 'Island Breeze' in Cowes, Victoria. The large picture windows looked across at the snow covered highlands. Although temperatures in late April were fresh for Australians the units was well heated. The nearest village for super-marketing was an easy 5 kms away with Perth, a large town with virtually all needs was around 25 kms away on the A9.
Duchally is well located for touring the lower parts of Scotland with Edinburgh & Glasgow being readily accessible. We caught the train from Dunblane to Edinburgh to avoid city parking hassles. This turned out to be relatively expensive and upon reflection it would have been cheaper to drive the rental car to Edinburgh airport and then catch a 'Park & Drive' bus that provides a frequent service to the city. Petrol by the way was around £1.00 a litre or around $2.50 Australian. We also drove north through the highlands & snow to visit Balmoral Castle - that was a long and cold day but well worth the visit. If you want to eat out, meals are available at the hotel, although they are typical UK hotel prices. There are also pubs in nearby villages which are a little cheaper than hotels. If this area of Scotland is of interest, then we recommend Duchally Country Estate. A disadvantage was no guest internet access although local libraries in Scotland provide free access for an hour per session to travellers. Perth Library was used for this purpose. Duchally advised us that they were looking at installing guest internet facilities. The week between the stay in Scotland and Cornwall was used to travel between the two with most of the time spent in and around York.
Burn Park is located near Bude on the northern coast of Cornwall. As for Duchally Country Estate, Burn Park is in a rural environment although just on the fringe of the village of Stratton virtually a suburb of Bude. It uses some modified old farm buildings (eg stables) as part of the accommodation facilities. In this instance we could only get a studio unit but it turned out to be a comfortable size. Burn Park had a restaurant & bar facility as well as a leisure centre. Supermarket was only a couple of kms away. With Bude Park as base, most of Cornwall can be covered by day trips and there are some great sights to see. Some of the old fishing villages are a must to see - Port Isaac just down the coast to Looe, Mevagissey and Polperro. There are other points on interest such as the Eden Project and St Michael's Mount. Again, Burn Park is recommended. Holiday Concepts are able to arrange timeshare stays overseas and it is a great way to reduce your costs. Economy air travel from Australia isn't the most pleasant way to go so maximising time overseas while minimising costs makes timeshare very useful. Being able to leave cases in one place for a week is a treat. Thanks to Holiday Concepts for arranging the two stays.''

| Author : Ronda and Gordon Forsyth ~ Date posted : 22 March 2006 | ''Dear Holiday Concepts,
We would like to say thankyou and congratulate you on the presentation and hospitality we received at Kerami Gardens.
We thoroughly enjoyed the Saturday morning breakfast as it was a good way to meet other guests at the beginning of our stay. The farewell barbecue on the Thursday night was a fitting way to end our holiday.
Ian and Tracey were wonderful hosts and had some great ideas to make Kerami Gardens a must return to destination.
Thankyou once again. ''
