| Can I purchase an Ultimate Escape for a guest or family member? |
| Members are able to purchase Ultimate Escapes for guests any time throughout the year outside of school holidays. A guest certificate will be required to be purchased at the time of booking, and you will be requested to provide the guest name, address and mobile phone number at the time of booking. |

| Do Holiday Concepts and their Trade Partners permit "Schoolies" bookings? |
| Holiday Concepts resorts and our Trade Partners do not accept 'Schoolies' bookings. This policy has previously been advised to all members via the quarterly newsletter, 'Let's Go', and through Member Services, however we find ourselves in the position where we have been left with no choice but to reiterate this protocol.
Whilst we understand that it is unfortunate that we find the need to tar all with the same brush, we have experienced unnecessary disruption and damage at Holiday Concepts resorts in the past. Please be aware that damage to the resorts by a select few does reflect on the maintenance fees of all members, and it is for this reason coupled with the disturbance caused by groups of young school leavers to other guests that the policy of no 'Schoolies' bookings is in place.
Please be aware of this policy when looking into options for your children's 'Schoolies' holiday. All Holiday Concepts managers are under strict instructions that 'Schoolies' bookings are not to be allowed checkin and alternative accommodation arrangements are to be made at the member's/guest's cost. |

| How can I pay my maintenance fees? |
| There are several options in which you can ensure your fees get to us on time. You can pay direct to Member Services over the phone with your credit card details. (Visa or MasterCard) Bpay facilities can be setup by your bank and your biller code is located on your invoice. Your invoice has a return payment slip in which can either be faxed back to head office or sent in the mail. Payment can be made through this secure website but clicking on the members tab at the top of the screen, and lastly you are welcome to setup a payment plan with Member Services throughout the year so that your account is settled by the due date. |

| How far ahead can I purchase a Ultimate Escape? |
| Ultimate Escapes can be purchased at a Holiday Concepts resort outside of school holidays as far as nine months in advance. Ultimate Escapes are available to purchase during school holidays only three months in advance.
For non Holiday Concepts resorts, Ultimate Escapes are sold by external exchange companies generally three months in advance. |

| How far in advance can I book my holiday using my ownership week? |
| You are able to book and request your holiday exactly two years to the date at any Holiday Concepts resort. Should you be wishing to holiday outside of the Holiday Concepts group, requests can be placed up to 2 years in advance. |

| How long is my week valid for when banked with HC Direct? |
| If you are a Holiday Concepts owner, you have the first twelve months from January to December to use your week at a HC sister resort without having to pay an exchange fee. When banked with HC Direct you have a further two years after the initial twelve months to use your week, either at a sister resort or at a non HC resort, whereby exchange fees during this time will apply. |

| How much will I expect to pay for an exchange fee? |
| The exchange fees will vary slightly depending on where the availability comes from and which exchange company has offered HC Direct the availability. For a domestic exchange the fee starts from $AUD124 and the international exchange rate starts from $AUD159. This fee will not be charged until the confirmation is made! |

| How much would I expect to pay for an Ultimate Escape? |
| The price of an Ultimate Escape will vary depending on how far in advance you book. At Holiday Concepts resorts, the closer to the date of check the cheaper the price. The further out you book the more expensive. School holiday periods are available at the full rate of the resort three months prior to check in. Additional Ultimate Escapes can also be purchased at non Holiday Concepts resorts in which the price is set by the exchange company. |

| What happens if I need to cancel my owners week booking? |
| You can cancel your owners week booking as long as this is done at least 28 days prior to checkin day. All cancellations may be subject to cancellation fees, please discuss this with your Member Services consultant before cancelling any bookings. |
